Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling
Last updated: 1 September 2026. These terms apply to paid engagements with Nodefabricline Co., Ltd. for feature adoption measurement work described on this site.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how far an engagement has progressed, whether a deposit was paid, and whether scheduled facilitation time was reserved. Statements of work may add project-specific terms; where they conflict, the statement of work controls.
Timeframe to request
Send refund or cancellation requests in writing to hello@nodefabricline.digital within 14 days of the event that triggers the request (for example, a cancelled kickoff or declined proposal after deposit).
Full and partial refunds
- Before kickoff: If we have not started discovery interviews or document review, deposits are refundable minus a THB 2,000 administration fee.
- After kickoff: Fees for completed stages (discovery, evidence review, draft brief, workshop delivery) are non-refundable. Unused later stages may be partially refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Workshops: Cancellations with at least 7 days’ notice receive a full refund of the session fee. Inside 7 days, 50% is refundable unless we successfully fill the slot with another client.
Non-refundable items
Completed readout sessions, delivered written briefs, and facilitation already performed are non-refundable. Third-party room hire booked at your request is non-refundable once incurred.
Deposits
Assessments and quarterly pulses typically require a deposit to reserve start dates. Deposits convert to fees as work begins according to the statement of work schedule.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule a workshop once without charge when notice is given at least 5 business days ahead. Later changes may incur a THB 3,000 reschedule fee. If your participants do not attend a confirmed session without notice, the session fee is due in full.
Work already started
When interviews, evidence review, or drafting have begun, we invoice for time spent at the agreed rates and refund only unused prepaid amounts after that deduction.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Confirm bank details if a transfer is required.
