Last updated: 1 September 2026. These terms govern access to nodefabricline.digital and engagements with Nodefabricline Co., Ltd. (“Nodefabricline,” “we,” “us”).

Acceptance

By browsing this site or requesting an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you request work on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Services described

Pages describing assessments, workshops, measurement plans, and quarterly pulses are informational. A separate written confirmation or statement of work sets the binding scope, fees, and timeline for any paid engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, visual design, and original materials we publish, belongs to Nodefabricline or its licensors. Client materials you share remain yours. Deliverables we create for a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal business use unless a statement of work grants broader rights.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, submit harmful content through forms, or misrepresent your affiliation when contacting us.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Nodefabricline is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or reliance on general information published here. For paid engagements, liability limits appear in the applicable statement of work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
