Trend Atlas

A living list of habits worth watching.

Our custom process for turning application analytics into a short atlas of behavioral trends your team can staff and refresh.

Four atlas moves

  1. Inventory the noise

We list the metrics, funnels, and “gut feels” already in play. Spikes, seasonality, and campaign weekends are named early so they do not masquerade as lasting habits.

  2. Name habits, not charts

Together we pick a small set of behavioral habits—first actions, return rhythms, feature substitutions—and agree what healthy movement looks like.

  3. Assign watches with windows

Each habit gets a comparison window, an owner, and a plain-language note for what would count as drift. Percentages alone do not leave the room.

  4. Leave a refresh cadence

You receive an atlas page, a monthly check ritual when useful, and clear rules for pruning signals that no longer drive decisions.

What you can request from the atlas

Most teams begin with a Behavioral Trend Review, then add cohort monitoring or a habit workshop when definitions need shared language. Retainers keep the atlas honest after features ship.
